"Unwelcomed Horizons" is a deeply personal work of mine, created in epoxy resin to convey the profound journey of refugees. Through this piece, I explore the struggles of those seeking a place to call home—challenges often complicated by biases related to nationality, religion, and skin color.
In this artwork, I aim to capture both the fragility and resilience of refugees. Each layer of resin represents the complexity of their experiences, while the interplay of light and shadow reflects their hope and perseverance despite adversity.
